Kate Szafran Rice is the CEO of B3K, LLC – a consulting company she founded with her husband. Kate has spent her professional career in the political arena building impactful relationships between donors and candidates. Kate has played an instrumental role in the success of numerous campaigns in directing their fundraising efforts and building their donor networks. She has worked with Presidential candidates, candidates for the U.S Senate and House and a number of statewide elected officials such as Governor, Lt. Governor, State Senate and Sheriff. Kate has also worked at and with various national committees through their major donor operations like the Republican National Committee, Republican Governors Association, and the National Republican Senatorial Committee. While working at the Republican National Committee in Washington D.C. she obtained her Masters degree from the George Washington University. Kate holds her undergraduate degree from Clarion University. Additionally, Kate is a CrossFit-L1 Trainer and enjoys spending time at the gym. She is involved with her church and other charities. She is a strong supporter of the second amendment and is proudly pro-life. Kate currently resides in Las Vegas, NV with her husband Brock, their sons Braxton and Björn and their Australian Shepard Sidney.

Brock Rice served ten years on active duty as a Combat Controller in the United State Air Force. After completing one of the nations toughest selections processes over a two-year period, he went on to work under Air Force Special Operations command and then moved on to Joint Special Operations Command. He completed seven combat rotations to both Afghanistan and Iraq while working directly with Special Forces and Navy S.E.A.L.S. Brock was an experienced and established Special Operator and was called on to perform the nation's most sensitive missions. While serving he earned an associate degree in Applied Science through Excelsior College. For his actions on the battlefield Brock Rice received two bronze stars with valor and four Joint Service Accommodation medals with valor along with multiple other awards for his service. After his final enlistment he attended Portland State University where he studied Business with a focus in Real-Estate finance and started a Real Estate investment company. Brock Moved to Las Vegas in 2013 and met his wife Kate in 2014. They were married in 2016 and now have two boys, Braxton and Björn. Brock holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering and continues to explore the entrepreneurial world of technology and Real Estate.
